Rebecca Contreras received the Entrepreneur of the Year – Austin award at the 2025 LATINA Style Business Series, a nationally recognized business development program for minority entrepreneurs.

Rebecca was honored for her work as President and CEO of AvantGarde, LLC, the government services firm she founded and scaled through entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, and sustained growth.

The LATINA Style Business Series has supported more than 40,000 business owners across 150 cities, offering entrepreneurs access to education, connection, and conversations addressing the real-world challenges facing minority-owned businesses. Open to entrepreneurs of all backgrounds, the conference featured a full day of programming, including expert-led panels, networking opportunities, and the Latina Style Entrepreneur Award Ceremony.

The Austin event included discussions on launching creative ventures, accessing capital, prioritizing wellness and community, and building brands rooted in purpose, culture, and impact. The program concluded with the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and closing remarks, where Rebecca was formally recognized for her leadership, business excellence, and entrepreneurial impact.
