She is currently the President & CEO of AvantGarde LLC (AG), a consulting firm she cofounded in 2011 as the majority owner. Prior to moving into the consulting business, Rebecca spent fifteen years working in government, four of those years in federal government serving in President Bush’s Administration in Washington DC.

She currently serves on the AG team f/t as Project Lead working remotely leading an AG Washington DC based team serving one of AGs long standing clients, the United States Capitol Police (USCP). She manages and leads several project support teams within USCP. As part of the TX AG team, she also supports the CEO with local business events, represents AG to the local Chamber of Commerce and supports AG community outreach projects such as Girls of Legacy, a signature mentoring and scholarship initiative AG CEO established.
