Today her business AvantGarde is a thriving 120+ person award winning HR and IT consulting firm. Rebecca believes if she did it, anyone can do it. This is not a technical or scientific “how to” but more so an experiential learning opportunity to hear from a successful businesswoman who will share insights into her journey and repeatable strategies that can be applied to any industry or line of business.

This week Rebecca will share her journey of how she reinvented herself from employee to business entrepreneur. She will share the practical and strategic steps she took to set her metamorphosis up for success.

In this series Rebecca will share the fundamental “essentials” you can trigger at you start your business. She will share insights she learned and the hiccups she should have avoided along the way.

Partner or Go Solo? The Partnership Advantages
Rebecca will share her insights of leveraging partnership or going solo. The pro’s and con’s she has experienced along the way as well as necessary “elements” of what to look for in a partner. She calls them the “essential 5 to partnership”

Creating a Business Plan
Rebecca will cover the fundamentals of a good solid business plan. Why it makes sense and what can happen when a plan is not in place.

The Brand – The Network
Rebecca has experienced tremendous growth surrounding building a network and brand – learning why branding and networking will help you grow and scale, help your customers keep coming back for more.
