The Girls of Legacy 2026 Fundraiser brings together a community that believes in showing up, investing, and making a difference. This evening is about more than raising funds—it’s about standing behind young women who are doing the work, pursuing their goals, and stepping into their leadership. When you support Girls of Legacy, you are directly contributing to opportunities that change lives and create lasting impact.

ABOUT GIRLS OF LEGACY:
Girls of Legacy, a signature initiative of the non-profit LaunchPad, was founded by Rebecca Contreras to champion young women from Austin’s inner‑city Title I high schools as they pursue post-secondary education. Since its launch in 2022, the program has given over $150,000 and supported 16 remarkable young women on their educational journeys. This May, a handful of our girls will graduate from college to pursue other master’s programs!
Girls of Legacy is more than a scholarship fund—it is a life‑changing mentorship and coaching ecosystem. Each participant is paired with an Austin businesswoman who provides consistent mentoring & coaching, accountability, and guidance. For many of our girls who face socioeconomic barriers, this support is pivotal—and often transformational—as they navigate their university journeys and map out their careers.
