My Story
Rebecca honed her executive leadership skills at the highest levels of state and federal government. Before launching her own business, she served as a Commissioned Officer under former President George W. Bush in the White House, who then appointed her as the Deputy Assistant Secretary and Chief of Human Capital for the U.S. Department of Treasury, where Rebecca was the chief of HR for a workforce of over 120,000 employees.
After her time at the White House, Rebecca founded Avantgarde LLC, in which some of the largest federal agencies have placed their trust to drive organizational and leadership transformation and grow their workforce through holistic and sustainable approaches. As AvantGarde’s CEO, Rebecca has won several prestigious awards such as the ones shown below
